comfort with technology and new computer software learning a must Ability to work irregular hours, as needed Works well with children; will help create a fun and safe learning environment for young peoplePREFERRED SKILLS NOT REQUIRED: Speak multiple languages besides English, fluently (exRussian, Chinese) Has a background in the education field (teacher, principal, director, university dean etc.) Familiar with Odoo, Python, and/or specific enterprise resource planning systems (ERP) Duties and Responsibilities:Daily - Assess the ongoing requirements of customers and provide solutions to satisfy their requirements- Update all records on appropriate IT systems, to ensure data accuracy and reflect the current status of customer accounts- Book and assist with assessment interviews, complete all registration duties on an ongoing basis, answer incoming telephone and email inquiries- Daily report to director of pertinent work flow and important events- Provide sales support and student assessment interviews in coordination with the Director - Ensure safety of all clients (first aid kit supplies, food/allergy prevention)- Open and close office- Provide support to teaching staff; ensure all teaching staff have materials ready and organized Weekly- Ensure all office inventory and supplies are in order (place orders for more/purchase)- Provide sales report to the Director- Update office bulletin boards with information of upcoming events- Ensure website is up to date- Staff management and evaluation (quality control: spot checks on pedagogy (observing teaching), reporting to Director, gathering "casual" quality-experience feedback from students and parents, managing supply-teaching schedules, Monthly - Review and contribute to monthly e-newsletter contents and send out- Review employee performance and provide reporting- Meet with staff to discuss work experience, professional development, and overall business improvements; ensure follow up decisions are made (in collaboration with the Director) to ensure improvements are accomplished- Provide support for field trips, book clubs, and other extracurriculars- Review marketing strategies and create new plans of action if/when necessary- Blogging, social network posting, marketing- Provide self-evaluation- Inventory management; office supply purchasing Yearly - Increase sales revenue- Provide timely weekly, monthly and quarterly quality-control reports- Seek innovative ways to expand the business scope/quality/growth while staying true to the company's mission and values- Improve sales of internal textbooks in outside markets - Create new schedule of courses, room designations, registration form information and contact all leads and previous clients with registration announcements - Quality control: Survey clients and employees re: evaluation- Create new contracts for staff and review/manage/update organizational policy manual, learning management system, and training procedures- HR: hiring (posting positions, reviewing resumes, interviewing, hiring) - Organize staff holiday function- Provide clients with tax receipts- Provide support to staff with end-of-school-year certificates, report cards, final day "party" items, - Organize annual First Aid training for all staff- Applying for business awards and recognitionStarting Salary: $65,000+++ minimum to start + Performance Bonus and Profit Sharing Reports directly to: First - Director/OwnerSecond - Admin Assistants/IT Support Training and Integration/Probation Period - 6 months
