Richmond Hill Montessori & Elementary Private Schools' (RHMS) mission is to be a caring community of educators dedicated to enabling each student to develop their intellectual, creative, and physical potential while fostering a passion for life and its wonderful challengesRHMS is looking for a Supply Teacher with a Computer Science background to join our caring community; primarily a person who has a passion in assisting children in reaching their full potential.Qualifications:- Primary/junior/intermediate/senior qualifications- Ontario Teaching Certification (OCT) in good standing - Qualifications in teaching Computer Science- 2-3 Years of Full-time Classroom Teaching Experience - Excellent Oral, Written, Communication and Presentation Skills- Expertise with word processors, spreadsheets, e-mail, internet, Adobe, and Web development and design- Basic programming - Proficient in photography Characteristics of the Ideal Candidate: - Creative, imaginative and incorporates a positive approach in teaching - Excellent classroom management skills- Great organization and planning skills- Thrives in a positive team environment - Experience with building rapport and communicating effectively with parents- Easily adapts to new things- Confidence in providing solutions when issues arise- Works with high standard of integrityPlease note: Supply staff will be considered first for full-time teaching positions at RHMS
