POSITION SUMMARY:Under the supervision of the Campus Administrator, the SEHCC Admissions Officer supports student recruitment and admissions for four campuses across Canada (Ottawa, Barrie, Vancouver and Victoria)This position is responsible for helping individuals interested in attendingSEHCC enroll in education programsby responding to inquiries, interviewing prospective students over the phone and in person, conducting campus tours (Ottawa campus only), and assisting students through the entire application and enrollment process.Key Responsibilities:Provide courteous and professional receptionEffectively respond to all inquiries from prospective studentsEffectively educate prospective students on the benefits of attending SEHCCProvide information on program offerings, enrollment processes, prerequisite requirements, tuition and financial optionsAssist prospective students with the application process and review qualifications for admission.Enroll new students , ensuringall prerequisites are met, and requiredadmissions documentation is submittedProvides administrative and logistical support to Saint Elizabeth Education Services which includes, but may not be limited to,supply management, staff scheduling,service trackingProcessing students' T2202 requestsAssisting and supporting the SEHCC team with community relationship building and marketing activitiesParticipate in quality activities, such as data collection, as determined by SEHCC and/or regulatory bodies.Prepare and distribute correspondence, marketing materials, forms, and reports as requiredOther duties as requiredQualifications:Minimum of 1-3 years related experienceDemonstrated initiative and eagerness to fulfill a broad spectrum of responsibilitiesExcellent customer services skillsSelf-motivated, ability to take direction and ability to work independentlyExcellent verbal and written communications skillsDetail orientedStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities, multi-task and meet deadlines.Previous marketing experience is an assetStrong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint etc) and knowledge and experience with web-based communication and social networking tools.Proven ability to contribute positively to a team environmentAny business or business administration related course in customers relations is an assetSaint Elizabeth is an award-winning not-for-profit and charitable organization, known for its track record of social innovation, applied research and breakthrough clinical practices in home and community careOur team of 8,000 nurses, rehab therapists, and personal support workers deliver more than five million health care visits annually.Our Foundation is dedicated to raising funds for the advancement of knowledge and charitable initiatives in home and community care.Backto Jobs Listing
