Attention Teachers/Tutors/Educators: Sylvan Learning Centre is currently looking to hire passionate SENIOR MATH AND SCIENCE teachers for our Hamilton locationIf you like to inspire students, then we want you on our team! You will be trained on the Sylvan curriculum and given the academic tools to teach at our centreAs a successful Instructor, you will teach Sylvan programs, assist with homework, interact with and motivate students, evaluate and document student progress, and communicate student needs to directorsYou will inspire students by developing a rapport with them and establishing a fun learning environment, maintaining a positive attitude, and demonstrating enthusiasm for teaching and for SylvanThis is a part-time position starting with three to four shifts per weekFlexible shifts are availableOur operating hours are 3pm- 8pm on weeknights, 9am-2pm on Saturdays, and 10am-3pm on Sundays, with extended hours in the summer monthsIf you meet the above criteria please submit resumes by applying online or by calling (905) 526-7323Requirements: Must hold a Bachelor of Education degreeMust be an Ontario Certified (OCT) teacher.
