TutorBright is an innovative, dynamic and vibrant supplemental education companyWe aim to provide every student with a chance to succeed through a completely customized approach, developing independent learning and mentorship plansIf you work hard, enjoy making a difference you'll love TutorBright.Responsibilities:We are looking for someone who is ready to kick-start their career as an Education Co-ordinator.In this role your overall mandate is ensuring the success of our students through the support of the TutorBright System and assisting with future growth.Each one of our students goes through an academic assessment, where each student is evaluated to determine which areas he or she is struggling with, learning and personality typeWe move forward to developing an individualized program, uniquely designed for each student and used by the tutor to help the student catch up or get aheadWe provide our services in-home so, naturally, this is a very mobile position.Client and tutor management as well as client acquisition are key elements of this role.This opportunity can be viewed as a hybrid of educational and business development role.Your responsibilities will include:Assisting with academic assessmentHiring and supporting new tutor-mentorsAssisting with developing student's learning programs and strategiesClient and employee managementSales and marketingWe are looking for a team playerComfortable to learn and implement new skillsSuperior oral and written communication abilitiesExcellent customer service skillsOrganizedAttention to detailFlexible and adaptableExperience in education a strong asset but not a necessityExperience in sales is also an assetA valid driver's license and a willingness to travel across Toronto and Etobicoke for appointments regularlyAble to work independently as well as with a wide variety of clients and employeesTact and diplomacyAbility to prioritizeAnnual Salary is $30,00- $36,000.We will be training the right individual for this positionIf you feel that you're the right fit for this position, then please apply!Visit www.tutorbright.com for more information.
