Blyth Academy is looking for a full-time grade 7/8 Teacher who can teach a variety of subjectsThe teacher will be working in a small classroom setting from September to JuneJob responsibilities include, preparing subject material according to an approved curriculum; Teach student(s) through lectures, discussions, audio-visual presentations and laboratory, shop and field studies; Assign and correct homework; Evaluate the progress of students and discuss results with students, parents and school officials; Participate in staff meetings, educational conferences and teacher training workshops; Advise students on course selection and on vocational and personal matters; Develop course materials and curriculum content etc.
