Position Overview:We require a high energy individual to join the TELUS Process Improvement Centre of Excellence (PICoE) teamThe focus will be on leading in the identification, design, planning, delivery and execution of learning strategies designed to enhance process improvement skills and culture at TELUSYou will be responsible for in-depth analysis and design of training requirements, as well as the development, implementation and evaluation of the curriculumResponsibilities:Collaborate with the stakeholders to understand objectives/strategies and desired results from learning opportunitiesRecommend effective and creative learning solutions to meet stakeholder needsDesign, develop, assess and implement components of complex learning solutions, using multiple tools and methodologies to meet learning objectivesLeverage adult learning principle to deliver content in a manner that is engaging and effectiveMaintain and evolve learning materials and library of learning modules, ensuring documentation is current and relevantOwnership for end to end curricula Provide coaching support post training to reinforce learning activitiesProvide regular training updates to stakeholdersWork collaboratively with other Learning Specialists and meet with stakeholders to gather feedback on curriculum and integrate into learning offering
