Summary We are a fast-growing education-based company headquartered in the GTAWe currently have a full time position available for a Campus Director for our GTA corporate campusesThis role presents an exciting opportunity to positively impact the lives of bright students and their parentsYou will be part of a team of highly professional teachers who are passionate about working with high performing math studentsYou will have a unique opportunity to apply your exceptional relationship management and organizational skills to foster a thriving educational environmentThe ideal candidate will have strong business acumen and is a highly trustworthy individual who is able to motivate and influence others including teachers, students and parentsYou inspire people's trust as you are highly organized, dependable and efficientYou excel at building relationships because you are gregarious, welcoming and warmYou have prior experience working in the field of educationIdeally, you have in-class experience as a teacherEducation A degree from a recognized college or university is necessaryA Bachelor of Education is an asset, but not necessaryResponsibilities The Campus Director ensures that the campus is effectively managed and that the students, parents and teachers are receive the support and direction needed to maintain a high performance learning environmentThe Campus Director will be responsible for the following: a)Running the day to day operations of the campusb) Screening potential students for admission c) Building and maintaining relationships with parents d) Ensuring teaching standards are maintained e) Supporting teachers when dealing with student/parent concerns f) Filling in for teachers when they are absent g) Performing teacher performance evaluations h) Ensuring that teachers are maintaining marks books and accurate attendance i) Reviewing all report cards and making comments and changes as necessary j) Hiring teachers and assistant teachers k) Conducting professional development meetings with all teachers at least two times a year l) Supervising assistant teacher training
