Residence Manager - Short Term Placement ProgramsOrganization: Ministry of Education Division: Provincial Schools Branch City: Brantford Job Term: 1 Temporary Irregular Fixed Term contract (to work on an as required basis) Job Code: AGA18 - General Administration AM-18 Salary: $63,676.00 - $79,016.00 Per Year (salary will be pro-rated according to actual time/hours worked)Position Status: OpenJob ID: 71910The Ministry of Education, Provincial Schools Branch, WRoss Macdonald School for the Blind will be hosting a series of five (5) Short Term Placement Programs for blind and visually impaired students enrolled in local district school board programs focussing on a variety of topics aimed at the development of social, emotional, recreational and living skillsYou will: manage the residential Short Term Program by providing supervision, guidance and instruction to staff; and assist in recruiting participants to attend the designated weekend programs in a planned and organized residential setting designed to meet the physical, social, emotional, and recreational needs of blind and visually impaired youth. What can I expect to do in this role? In this role of Residence Manager, Short Term Program you will: manage the residential Short Term Program by providing supervision, guidance and instruction to staff; assist in the recruitment of participants to attend the designated weekend programs in a planned and organized residential setting designed to meet the physical, social, emotional, and recreational needs of blind and visually impaired youth. How do I qualify?
