Qualifications : Certified teachers, teacher college candidates, graduates, and postgraduates Post-secondary education in French language & literature and.or native, near-native speaker of French with excellent knowledge of French language, grammar and teaching FSL Experience in teaching or tutoring Familiar with current Ontario curriculum guidelines Reliable transport /personal vehicle preferredPersonal Skills: - Open to new ideas and learning strategies - Good communication and interpersonal/rapport building skills - Patient, caring, dependable & flexible Job type: - Part-time, contract - Must be willing to set aside a minimum of 2 evenings a week for tutoring and work 4 - 10 hours a week - Hours are late afternoon, evening & weekends- A criminal background check is required - Able to tutor throughout the school year- Compensation is minimum $25 + based on qualifications and experience.
